Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

Returned items must be unopened and in good condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.

We do not accept returned items that are sent back without prior authorization. You must contact us first to obtain a return approval and return number. Once approved, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
The after-sale warranty period is 14 days from the date the parcel is delivered (according to the delivery information).
If any quality problems are found during the warranty period, such as:

Incomplete products

Shriveled or defective products
Please contact us immediately and provide clear photos of the defective item. After verification, we may arrange a replacement.
Notice
Please carefully check your items for damage or incorrect colors before opening the blister packs.
Once the blister pack has been opened, we will refuse any refund request.
If the order you received contains incorrect items or missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Each order is entitled to only one after-sale service request.
If the product is correct, replacement, return, or refund will not be accepted in the following situations:

The color is different from what you expected or preferred

The parameters ordered are not suitable for your eyes
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment (such as your credit card) within several business days.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, unfortunately we are unable to provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for gift orders.
