REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
- Items received within 14 days.
2. Items returned must be unopened or in good condition with the original packing. We do not accept the returned item that has been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first. You will have to contact us for a return number where we will provide you with the correct return address.
4. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
- The after-sale warranty is 14 days upon receiving the parcel(according to the delivery information).
Quality problems (ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc.) of the product are found within the after-sale warranty, please contact us immediately and send us clear pictures of the defective item. We can replace it after checking.
Please check your items whether they are damaged or with wrong colors before you open blister packs.Once the blister pack is opened, we will reufuse to refund.
Each order has only one after-sale privilege.
When the product is correct, replace, return or refund is not available if the color is not what you expect/wantor the parameters you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes.
Refunds (if applicable)
1.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still do not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective and damaged items. If you need to exchange it for a same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, unfortunately, we have a no return, refund, or exchange policy. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
To return your product, you should email firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall provide you with a shipping address once your return has been approved.
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, The shipping period may vary and it depends on your living country.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item so if it is get lost or damaged in transit, you will be responsible for making a claim with your post office.
